Studio Zef was founded in 2023 by designer Grace Franks while on maternity leave. Named after her daughter, Zephyr, Studio Zef began as a passion project and has since grown into a thriving business. With a background in retail and interiors, Grace brings expertise in designer interior lighting, modern home lighting, and lampshade design, ensuring every piece combines style with quality craftsmanship.
From their Cotswolds studio, Studio Zef creates handmade UK lampshades, including colourful lampshades, geometric lampshades, personalised kids lampshades, and bespoke lampshades.
