Made-to-Order Items
All Studio Zef products are made to order. Production times vary by product and are displayed on the product page or at checkout. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Processing Times

Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.

As items are custom made, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once production has begun.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
If ordering from outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
