Made-to-Order Items

All Studio Zef products are made to order. Production times vary by product and are displayed on the product page or at checkout. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.

• As items are custom made, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once production has begun.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• We currently ship to [UK & US].

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier or postal service disruptions

• Customs clearance (for international orders)

• Events outside of our control (e.g. strikes, weather, supply issues)

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

If ordering from outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
